Location was particularly good and fantastic, only 5 minutes from Adventure Island. Having kitchen was a huge help.

The general areas were well-maintained and provided ample seating for seniors to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Additionally, I found the hotel to be very accessible for senior people, with convenient ramps and handrails throughout the property, making it easy to navigate and feel comfortable during my stay.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there in terms of organizing activities or providing recommendations specifically tailored for seniors.

The location was great for our adventures at the nearby park, pier, and beach. the hosts, Becky and Dean, were very friendly and provided detailed instructions on how to get in. They even came to help us with the remote control. the flat itself was clean and in a convenient location. We didn't need to drive to the amusements as they were just a short walk away. There was also a Tesco Express and a fish and chip shop just a few minutes away. We were grateful for the car parking permit provided for our stay. the sofa beds were comfortable for me and my husband, and the children were happy with their rooms. Toiletries were also provided, which was a nice touch. the code for the main door made it easy for us to come and go without the hassle of keys. Dean was also very responsive and came the same day to help us with some batteries. we had a wonderful experience at City Beach Air B&B 2. Cons: Can't think of anything 🤷‍♀️.
